Terminal Tackle Update

terminal-tackle

Kings Park, NY

John C. Richy, the founder of Terminal Tackle, passed away in December 2018 –  My sincere regards to his family and may he rest in peace. I always enjoyed stopping by and finding something that I needed for the boat, the beach or the fly rod. He was kind enough to carry my books which I sincerely appreciated.

The shop will remain open through March 31, 2019 when the store will close but the catalog business will continue. Bulk hook sales are a specialty as well as a full line tackle and equipment.

Call and ask for their catalog (631) 269 6005.

Stop by before March 31 2019 and check out their clearance sale

– mostly rods, rod blanks and some lures are nicely discounted.

2019 Spring Newsletter

2019 Spring Newsletter

It is that time of year again.

I used to write a newsletter each quarter but now I just do the annual Spring letter to let you know what is going on as we all look forward to the coming season.  A way to shake off a bit of that cabin fever that starts to lift as the days grow longer.

Resources includes some of the Organizations I support, Guides I have fished with, Lodges I like and Fly Shops – as well as who my favorite cane rod maker is.

Fish & Friends is a photo gallery of my friends.

Tom’s Books provides a short description of my books, and finally, Drop me a Line is where you can tell me what you think or ask a question.
