Captain Joe Demalderis
I have fished with Joe since 2006 and each time it is like I am just hanging with a buddy. He is that comfortable to be with and he knows what he is doing. I always see fish with him and if I am on my game, I catch a few. Like the ones below.
Joe works many waters but I met him on the West Branch of the Delaware. He has been awarded the Orvis Guide of the Year several times. Find out more about him here – and tell him Tom sent you.

Captain Brett Greco
Brett is from Long Island but works Montana in the summer and the Florida Keys in the winter (so we know he is a smart guy!) I have fished with him in both locations and he is responsible for my finally catching a tarpon on a fly after 5 previous attempts with others.
Find out more about him here. And tell him Tom sent you.
Captain Rob Thompson
Southold, NY
I love this guy! I fished with Rob early in my saltwater fly fishing endeavors and he showed me where they are and how to catch them. He is both a bayman and a guide – and very good at both. Previously located on the north fork of Long Island, he is moving to the Carolinas (8/17). Google him and tell him Tom sent you!
